What it is
An official online declaration for travellers to Cuba, run by the Cuban transport ministry (MITRANS). It gathers traveller, journey and declaration information ahead of arrival and issues a QR code that is presented during entry procedures.
Who completes it and when
- Travellers arriving in Cuba complete it before travelling, not on arrival.
- It is separate from your visa. Having a visa does not complete this form, and completing this form is not a visa.
- Each traveller’s declaration is their own. Keep the resulting QR code accessible for arrival.
